Teamwork Divides the Task and Doubles the Success

While all team members work toward a common goal, they do not do the same thing at the same time or in the same way. Successful teams do the right thing at the right time. Effective teams define tasks and assign roles based on the individual's natural strengths and most natural team role. Effective Collaboration between team members requires following a shared Process that recognizes and utilizes the different Strengths, Roles and Approaches to Innovation of the team members.
